This certification certifies the company’s ability to carry out public works in accordance with current regulations and is essential for participating in public sector tenders.

The SOA categories obtained include:

OG1 Class VII: Permits the construction of civil and industrial buildings up to €5,165,000, demonstrating high levels of expertise and financial capacity.
OG2 Class IV-BIS: Permits the restoration and maintenance of protected real estate (buildings of historical, artistic, and archaeological interest) for amounts up to €3,500,000, certifying the company’s expertise in managing cultural heritage projects with specialized techniques and attention to their historical and artistic value.
