On behalf of Friultrota di Pighin S.r.l., an artisanal company specialising in the processing and preservation of fish and aquaculture products, the production plant in San Daniele del Friuli was expanded.
The project involved the creation of new spaces for the processing and preservation of products, with technical solutions designed to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety. Particular attention was paid to energy efficiency and process sustainability, in line with the company’s philosophy of naturalness and artisan quality.
