Designed in 1999 and inaugurated on July 7, 2007, the new Jermann Winery in Ruttars, in the heart of Dolegna del Collio (GO), represents a perfect combination of technological innovation and traditional architecture. Surrounded by over 20 hectares of vineyards, it became a benchmark for quality and sustainability from the outset.
The project involved the construction of a new building, integrating state-of-the-art systems and equipment with environments that recall the Friulian winemaking tradition. The large oak barrels, the same material used half a century ago, help to create a unique atmosphere, enhancing the continuity of a passion for winemaking handed down from generation to generation.
The winery obtained the CasaClima Wine pre-certification right off, and this was quickly transformed into official certification, confirming the quality of construction and attention to sustainability.
